Ron Parker

Horizon Educational Resources, President, a Certified Public Accountant, has been actively involved in the universities, colleges, and career college sector of higher education for 20 years, having served as chief financial officer for a chain of career colleges before forming his own business in 1993. He is currently on the board of directors of the Career College and Schools of Texas. He is a member of the Career College Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (TASFAA), the American Collectors Association (ACA), and the American Collectors Association of Texas (ACATX).
